Went to see UP this evening. Great film, an emotional start, great story, 3D works well and some good laughts. To the youngest the daughter and two of her friends.

Well what else has gone on.

Well Friday was met at the airport by the EX.

Went to the house to pick up the youngest two then to a resturant to meet the eldest and his GF. Nice meal out, we all had a good laugh and chatted on.

Back to the house, I sorted out getting a TV working in the quiet room. Just need to mount the  TV on the wall.

Got a nice thnakyou and a hug on the way out. Me and the youngest headed over to the flat. The eldest and GF were already there. Good evening.

Saturday, head back to the house. Pick up daughter and ex. Need to get some stuff for the youngest home work. Got a bridge to build.

Anyway start the day with some breakfast at Starbucks.

On the way the Ex says that BF has returned all her stuff. Arrived this morning. Looks like that is definately over. She looked in a bad way last night, not so bad this morning.

So after the visit to Satrbucks. me and the kids go to the craft shop she head off to TK Max

We then meet her there. SHe buys some cloths for herself, and the youngest, I get my self a jumper and some boots for the youngest.

Then head towards home. Drop her and daughter off at river island, be and youngest go to B&Q rent a carpet cleaner and pick up some more bridge building gear.

Meet the other two at comets. I pick out the bracket she needs for the TV, which she buys.

Head back to the house. Put up the bracket. She cooks us all a great tea, then shampoo the quiet room carpet.

Then we leave her at the house and head off to the movies.

She rings whne we are back at the flat. Eldest and GF are at the flat as well.

She sounds really drained and tired. The dog has wee on her bed. So well pissed off.

We watch some Dr Who then I tuck the kids in and settle down

So far it has been a good weekend. I am adopting a whole different outlook.

Doing things I would do to help out any friend. In return a good home cooked meal and a hug. And  I still get to retreat to the comfort of the flat and my own bed
